The founders of the Nordic fintech platform, which converts past amounts to today's value, welcome users to the new digital inflation calculator in the USA.

Dear American citizens,

We are thrilled to welcome you today to the American edition of Oldmoney, where we extend our mission: To make the economy of the past understandable and relevant for today's users. We are the brothers behind this unique project, which began with curious questions in our childhood in Copenhagen, Denmark, and has evolved into a comprehensive digital platform for calculating the value of American dollars over time.

Oldmoney.us is your new portal to understanding the value of money over time. Have you ever wondered what your grandparents' daily purchases or the first family car actually cost in today's dollars? Our platform offers a direct path to these answers, converted with precision and based on reliable data sources.

But Oldmoney is more than just numbers; it's about stories, economics, and cultural understanding. Through our magazine and articles, we delve into past prices, compare them with today's, and explore the stories behind the economic changes. From everyday items to major economic trends, Oldmoney.us is here to provide you with a deeper understanding of how inflation and economic development affect our lives.

We are now facing a new chapter with the launch in the USA, and our goal is to create a community where everyone can contribute to and benefit from our insights. We aim to make this information accessible to everyone, regardless of economic understanding, and help people make informed decisions about their finances.

Oldmoney was founded in 2008 and already exists in the four Nordic countries and currencies: Denmark (danish kroner), Norway (norwegian kroner), Sweden (swedish kronor), and Finland (finnish euro). With the American version, we aim to give the population of America access to our easily accessible inflation calculator in the American dollar currency.

We invite you to explore, learn, and interact with us on Oldmoney.us. Join us on our journey through the history and future of the economy. Let's explore the value of money together, from past to present, and see what it tells us about our society and ourselves.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

Sincerely,

Oskar Herrik Nielsen, founder of Oldmoney
